From the depth of my heart, I want to thank God for you for praying for me and for sponsoring my epic Mission trip to Israel to attend Christian Media Summit, annually organized by the Press office of Israel Government. This mission trip to the Holy land was not just to attend a Summit but for me it was truly a pilgrimage experience from the moment I landed at Ben Gurion International airport in Tel- Aviv. I began to feel the magnificence of walking on the very soil where Yeshua the Messiah himself was born and raised and where he walked and fulfilled His public ministry on earth to teach and Save Adam’s Race from the Fall.

As some of you have been to Israel multiple times already, you can quite relate to this ancient prophecy from Prophet Isaiah about Israel and Jerusalem. This prophecy rings true and has been fulfilled in our days since God brought Israel back in 1948 from Captivity after 2000 years.
Prophet Isaiah 2:2-4 “ The Mountain of the House of the LORD …In the last days ( In the acharit-hayamim) the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. 3And many peoples will come and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us His ways so that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. Then He will judge between the nations and arbitrate for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. The nation will no longer take up the sword against nation, nor train anymore for war....”.
This time around, as part of the CMS Summit, we ascended The Mountains of Jerusalem in the literal sense . Up in the Mountain of Jerusalem, we visited Jerusalem’s Old City of King David. Our tour guide showed us the site where Prophet Jeremiah warned the last King of Israel about a pending calamity, but He and His 4 counselors did not listen, instead they banished him and imprisoned him in a hole. Yet His words came to pass. "This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: Go to Zedekiah king of Judah and tell him, `This is what the LORD says: I am about to hand this city over to the king of Babylon, and he will burn it down. You will not escape from his grasp but will surely be captured and handed over to him.”
Unfortunately, that is the same situation our own country, the USA, is going through today. The watchmen on the wall are warning our leaders in position of power to take heed. Instead, they vilified them.

Southern Israel bordering Gaza
We visited The Ashkelon Municipality a cluster of Kibbutz towns comprises of resilient communities enduring rockets attacks from the sky and underground terrorist hideouts in tunnels dug from Gaza Strip across the border fence into Israel to harm Israelis, we heard horrifying testimony from The Israeli General who walked us through the painful steps the IDF takes to minimize collateral damage to Arab civilians ( children, women, and properties that Hamas terrorists use as human seal to protect themselves from IDF counter attacks as they ( Hamas) fire rockets indiscriminately into Israel. We also heard testimony from Adele Raemer a resilient of a woman who spent 50 years living in Israel bordering Gaza, weathering the storm of Hamas Terrorist Rockets

I visited the Western Wall which is located at the base of Mountain Moriah in Jerusalem. This was where the first temple was built in BC 1000 by King Solomon and the second temple built by Ezra & Zerubbabel BC 516. Unfortunately, the sacred ground has been defiled and taken over by Muslims Caliphate between 685- 691 AD after the dispersion of the Jews abroad in 70 AD and throughout the next 5 centuries AD . They built the so called the Doom of the Rock currently under the control of the Jordanian Muslim Monarch. But God has spoken, and His word won’t be revoked even by the Mosques illegally sitting there. The Temple is also in us the children of the Living God.
Encounter with God at the Western wall
I prayed at the Wailing Wall for the first time in my Life. As I was soberly praying at on the western wall, which is actually the base of Mountain Moriah. The recurring themes of my prayer that Kept on coming to me was Leviticus 19–20: ‘Be Holy for I Am Holy’” and John 17: 14-19 “ ……, I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.” After my prayers, I came across Israelis youth from Ethiopia and from European Diaspora . They were intrigued by my presence at the Kotel. They engaged me in friendly Biblical conversation. I was using my broken Hebrew language to converse with them about the Temple Mount where is it mention in the bible and its importance. Soon after, they invited me to join them for Hebrew dance breaking right there .

The highlight of the Summit for me was simply this poignant one. Israel’s protection won’t be guaranteed by military powers, riches from within ( Israel herself) or from without ( friendly countries. ) Undoubtedly, despite Israel, God has protected and blessed tremendously in the midst of all the odds in the past 76 years. Israel is rated number one in global technology and start up business and in defending her people and protecting the rights of all Israelites regardless religious or ethnic status. What should each one of us do to be an ambassador of truth about Israel in the face of global expansion of anti-Semitism, the Iranian Islamic Threats against Israel, The UN hatred and bias on Israel, The BDS Movement in College campuses, ongoing Terrorist attack on Israel from Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah from Lebanon, Iranian terrorists hub in Syria, PA Islamic Terrorists groups from Samaria and Judea etc. .
The GPO has made a conscious decision for Christian Media around the world as the best friends of Israel to get firsthand account on the facts finding mission by being on the ground to witness with our own eyes what is going on the ground and return to our own countries to give factual reports. You too in your own way as the Holy Spirit guides you pray, and wisely and biblically measure the global tensions, war, and rumors of war, famine, drought etc. by putting in perspective what is going on in Israel. These are the end times we are living in. The Messiah is coming back via Jerusalem. Pray for Jews in the land to discern the time of His revisitation and be ready. Zechariah 12: 10- 14

First, as Israel is the lightening rod heightening global News on daily bases, the God of Israel promises protection for His chosen people. The Global Church, which is the Commonwealth of Israel in this mission trip was represented by 100 individuals from 28 nations at the Summit. We all came from around the world and descended in Israel to testify of this fact to encourage and Bless Israel and Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem. Ephesian 2:13 Apostle Saul stated “ Remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.” “ I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses (despises, dishonors, treats with contempt) you (Gen 12.3)Whoever assails you will fall … no weapon that is formed against you will prosper (Isa 54.15,17) I will be a wall of fire around her … he who touches you, touches the apple (pupil) of the LORD’s eye (Zech 2.5,8) . Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you (Isa 41.10) Those who strive with you (Israel) shall perish (Isa 41.11. 1948-49: When the Jewish State was born in May 1948, five Arab armies (Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq) immediately invaded Israel. Arab rulers thought they were heading towards an easy victory; they had no difficulty obtaining all the arms they needed and even British RAF planes flew with Egyptian squadrons over the Israel-Egypt border. Israel was thought to be virtually defenseless. But they were wrong. The Arab armies suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of a combination of Jewish militias (there was no formal Israel Defense Force or IDF). Reasons have been advanced for the Arab defeat, such as inter-Arab political rivalries: Driving on Route 1 from Jerusalem toward Tel-Aviv to southern Israel through the Negev desert bordering Gaza Strip, you will witness the wreckages of war tanks along the path of the war of 1948 and 1967. Israel emerged Victorious.
In conclusion: Operation Nehemiah concludes its year end report with Israel.

As for the progress in South Sudan, we are coming to the end of 2022, the month of December is our last month of the year. Many of us are busy with Christmas Preparation as we move into the New Year 2023. Budgeting for worthy causes can be tough and challenging, I truly understand.
