Pray for my family & the focus of 2019

Shalom to you brothers and Sisters in Yeshua. 2019 is already here. Today is January 9, 2019. Here at the Levites family and as well as in ONMI, we thank God for you and your family because you made 2018 a year of great success for expanding God's Kingdom on earth in in the USA and in South Sudan .

As we are entering into 2019

I'm appealing to you to pray for my family. Ministry is a battlefield as we are entering into 2019 we need your prayer for my immediate family, the time is now. I trust and believe the Lord will strengthen us through your prayers and support to carry on to completion the work he has begun in our lives through your collective effort.

Please pray for my family again for strength, protection, provision, peace of mind, wisdom and humility and unity.

What seems to be certain in everyone's mind is what is next or what has the Lord stored for me in 2019? Unlike those who are not in Yeshua, we who are believers in Yeshua stand on the authority of the word of God, for without faith it is impossible to please God. We must approach 2019 by having faith and confidence in God. Habakkuk 2:4 ... says "Behold the proud, his soul is not upright in him; but the just shall live by His faith." We experience this on daily bases in our family and in the ministry of Operation Nehemiah Missions which the Lord has given us to implement the Great Commission in South Sudan. Everything that we do here and every challenges that we face is an active manifestation of a total dependence on God. He keeps us on our tip toes and under pressure so that we don't feel so comfortable and become complacence and forget Him.

A walk of faith

The fact that for 25 years, we have been here running Operation Nehemiah Missions, year in and year out demonstrates the power of God, His ability to provide, opens doors and shut doors. Every challenge that comes our way on daily bases is a constant reminder of the Lord's keeping us humble, living by faith and taking one day at a time. We, the believers in Yeshua are called to persevere and endure hardship in order to discern what is God's will is in our lives. James says " Regard it all as joy, my brothers, when you face various kinds of temptations; for you know that the testing of your trust produces perseverance. 4 But let perseverance do its complete work; so that you may be complete and whole, lacking in nothing. 5 Now if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all generously and without reproach; and it will be given to him.' James 1:2-3

Expect Good to come out of a difficult situation

The year 2019 won't be different from the rest of the years that have come and gone. There will be challenges and there will be opportunities, both will serve the purpose of God in our lives. Central to all what we will encounter in 2019 is to remain united in the Lord and in His abiding love and grace regardless the circumstances we will find ourselves in. What is important is to keep our faith in the living God in Yeshua and the Holy Spirit to seek that which is from above. " But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6: 34.

Funding: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19. Like in any other ministry doing the Lord's work, ONMI depends on the Lord's provision through the benevolent gift of funding from brothers and sisters such as you to carry on with the work. Together we are able to expand the Great Commission. Time to time, we share the need of Operation Nehemiah with you and reminding you as you pray and support this ministry to contribute to the cause according to your capacity. Today is the last day of December 2018. If you have are still considering to give to Operation Nehemiah Nehemiah and have not yet done so, the next 13 hours before the mid night will be crucial

1- Prayer for ONMI work in South Sudan: All of January will be dedicated for harvesting crops from the field and laying fire-line around the perimeter of Beth Israel farm, conducting medical and evangelistic outreaches. Pray that our effort with your support will be successful.

Pray for Political success in South Sudan: Tens of Thousands of South Sudanese are planing to return home from exile. Pray that our effort to help them settle down both spiritually and physically will go well. Implementation of the South Sudan's revitalization of peace agreement signed in September remains a challenge facing all the parties involved including the supporting countries in Africa, the IGAD and Troika ( USA, Great Britain and Norway)

Budget for the first Quarter 2019 : The the actual budget for the first quarter 2019 after consultation with our field staff is right below To get thing started for ONMI in 2019, we need to raise $ 45,500 ( revised) to cover various needs in the ministry: January - February 2019.

1- Repair for the existing farm equipment : 4 tractors, 2 vehicles and 5 implements readying them for next the season. $ $10,500

3- Repair of the submersible pump in the Beth Israel Farmland - $2000

2- Medical needs - $5000

3- A new radio broadcast transmitter - $5000

4- Main office _ $ 7,000

5- Field Office - $7,000

5- Solar radio receivers - $5000
