Shalom, my Brothers and Sisters in Yeshua in South Sudan, there are lot of times we in www.OperationsNehemiah.org always ask Americans believers in Yeshua to pray for South Sudan as she struggles with her own impact of senseless war , Islamic persecution and mass displacement of a people into refugee camps. Today, more than ever American Christians and USA and her satellite territories as a whole also needs your prayers as the nation struggles with the impact of three devastating Hurricanes of Harvey, Irma and Maria in Florida, Texas, Porto Rico and Virgin Islands and now compounded with an evil gunman who has killed 59 people and wounded 527 others. This is not to mention the constant menace of Islamic terrorism.

Yeshua taught us in the Beatitudes that " Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful,for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." 5:2-10

For my fellow South Sudanese who are reading this article, you may not have tangible and practical ways to support recovery effort from these devastation but your intercessory prayers will touch many lives and impart wisdom into the nation's ability to address this massive crisis.

For my fellow American Bothers and Sisters in Yeshua reading the article here and watching the unfolding events for the past 3 weeks, like me you could be lost for word or what action to take to help in such a catastrophic natural event compounded with yesterday's evil massacre in Las Vergas, NV . We too can be our knees and praying for our President, Mr. Donald Trump and his administration who is tackling these crisis head on and help tangibly in any way we can help through ministries like Samaritan Purse who are already equipped to deal with these kind of Crisis.

Call to Pray and repentance :

As we see devastation and the forces of evil raging all around us whether you are in South Sudan or here in the USA, sometimes, we have the attitudes to think that as long as it does not happen to me, how does that impact me and my community or it is the problem with the people who happened to be in that event or because the people live in that part of the world that is why. However we are all living on the same planet and the work of the forces of darkness is obvious to all. We seek for peace, and protection and we find none because our ultimate peace is in Yeshua. Yeshua is the only Ark in whom we can find refuge.

Even in Yeshua time, there were those who were driven by evil forces to do unimaginable and abominable things, "pure evil" Yeshua was asked about why they were doing this? This is what Yeshua's answers. It was shocking!!.

" At that time, some of those present told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. To this He replied, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered this fate? No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those eighteen who were killed when the tower of Si-loam collapsed on them: Do you think that they were more sinful than all the others living in Jerusalem? No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” Luke 13:

We are all called to Repentance in order to live a life worthy of Yeshua Calling as we live in this sinful and evil world.
