On behalf of Operation Nehemiah Missions and the Nile Beth Israel Messianic Congregation, I extend sincere thanks to all of you who are standing with us to see peace and stability come to South Sudan.
The primary Mission of Operation Nehemiah is to restore the Biblical family and Church in the Republic of South Sudan through the preaching of the Gospel and promotion of Biblical stewardship.
National Day of Prayer 2017 for South Sudan to be held in Nimule, Pageri county, Imatong ( Eastern Equatoria) State
In the light of the current Crisis in South Sudan, I need your support and networking for the National Day of Prayer to be held in Nimule on March 18th-19th, 2017.
The Bible commands us to pray for our leaders; national and local, secular and religious. Paul wrote in 1 Timothy 2:1–4, “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”
This National Prayer initiative will focus on repentance and self-examination before God.
The time is now for the church to rise up and lead the nation in prayers, fasting and mourning like in the days of Nehemiah.
“When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven”. Neh.1:4
We reject and renounce the national sin of tribalism. All are invited to join us for this holy convocation to from every corner of South Sudan, including the citizens at the Boma, Payam and County level in Pageri County. This is where national healing with begin, in alignment with the vision of President Kiir’s National Dialogue.

- Pray for our ground leadership team under Timothy Levi for God’s favor in bringing the message of Salvation to a people grieving from unspeakable turmoil and suffering.

- Pray for the 40ft container’s safe arrival to the South Sudan at the end of March, loaded with rice meal for at least 1000 families.
We need to pray for the following: Much needed Water drilling for ONMI Clean water Initiative On Gordon Mt Mission compound, Nimule - Stands at $15,000 down from $22,0000.- Now that we have discovered water on Gordon Mt., we need to raise 25,000 to complete the well drilling project. The project cost breakdown: Drilling the well: $11,500, Solar submersible pump: $2,500, 16 Solar panels: $3, 200, Piping cost: $4,000, Water tank: $1,000, Labor cost: $2,000.
