Information coming from the office of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) from Juba is that the Chief of General Staff of SPLA (IO), General Simon Gatwech Dual and 125 SPLM-IO soldiers with their weapons are scheduled to arrive to Juba in the morning of Saturday, April 23, 2016, and that will follow by the arrival of additional 69 soldiers from Gambella International Airport in Ethiopia.

Then The Long Awaited Big News Is That The First Vice President Designate of the Republic of South Sudan Dr. Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon is 99% expected to arrive in Juba by 01:00 PM (One PM) on the same day which is tomorrow, Saturday, April 23, 2016.
