William Levi
William Levi is the CEO, Founder and President of Operation Nehemiah Missions since 1993. His beloved wife Hannah is a homemaker and a fulltime mother of four. William has been running Operation Nehemiah fulltime since 1996. They run the ministry from their home office based in Massachusetts. Their major responsibilities involve maintaining the ministry activities in the areas of :
- Implementation of the vision and the goals of the Missions in the New Sudan.
- Updating people through newsletters, videotapes, website, e-mails, book keeping, telephone calls and overseas correspondences with field staff.
- They are available for speaking engagement and interview in churches, schools, radios, press and television across the United States of America.

The Bible or the Axe recounts the life of William Levi, a Messianic believer from an African Hebrew tribal group. William grew up as a refugee in Uganda. As a teen he returned to his homeland of Sudan, only to face persecution, arrest, and torture. His miraculous escape from jihad forces was the first step in an odyssey that ultimately led to a new life in the United States.
