Leadership:
William O. Levi is the Founder and President of Operation Nehemiah Missions since 1993. William was born and raised in the South Sudan. He came to the United States in 1988 due to religious persecution in His country. In 1992, he graduated from New Jersey Instituted of Technology with BS in manufacturing engineering. In 1993, He relinquished his engineering carrier to answer God’s calling in his life to be the voice of the persecuted church in his country. He is also the author of the book “The Bible or the Axe.” And he the 2008 recipient of Dr. Martin Luther King Peace Award. He and his wife Hannah have five children. Hannah is a full time mother. Bibical Teacher/ Rabbi William Levi serves as the Elder and Overseer of the Nile Beth Israel Messianic Congregation in Borongole, South Sudan. This is a family Integrated Messianic congregation which he founded in 2000 under the leadership of Operation Nehemiah Mission.

Mr. Robert R. Kirkman, Director of Program Development. Mr. Kirkman has been serving with Operation Nehemiah since 2002. He has 25 years of experience in the administration and management of human service programs. He holds has graduate degrees in Human Services and Counseling. He is also a Certified Christian Mediator and an Emergency Medical Technician. Mr. Kirkman serves as an Elder at Grace Church Congregational in Pittsfield, MA. He and his wife, Ruth, have six children and four grandchildren.
